What is you Profession?

Yo Lions,

So I was thinking about something. One of the greatest things about being in the Lions is the awesome and massive group of friends. Having a large social group is advantageous because every person in the group does different things with their lives.

I was thinking that if we all post our professions I could make it easier to find help in that particular domain if it is even needed.

For example:

I'm an English Lit Major who specializes in Medieval Studies - I also sell and perform technical services on a variety of electronics and I am knowledgeable about computers, tablets, mobile devices, and their peripherals.

^ So if any Lion every needs help with any of the things that I do professionally, you can always feel free to ask and I would be glad to help.

I think that if this section gets filled up, it could become an invaluable resource for Lions who are seeking help don't know where to start.

So to sum up, here's my bit:

- English Lit Major - Specialization in Medieval Studies - Can do editing, analysis, criticism, of works from, or which treat, a variety of periods.
- DEC in Creative Arts - Cinema and Communications - Specialized in Camera, Lighting, and Sound
- Many Years Experience selling and working with Computers, Electronics, and Technical Services

Je travaille dans un centre d'appels ( meh )

- Je maîtrise le français et l'anglais et je peux faire de la correction/traduction de textes
- J'ai une quantité non-négligeable d'outils ( disons 8/10, sur l'echelle de Hector )
- Chus pôpire en dessin ( voir ma page Facebook )
- Chus pôpire en cuisine
- Chus pôpire en fabrication de tentes / épées / armures / cuir / cottes de mailles / etc

Bien franchement, j'ai travailler dans des municipalité depuis les 3 dernières années, donc j'ai le talent d'être paresseux et de ne pas terminer la job a temps.

Sinon, j'suis en forme, j'ai 2 bras, j'ai une bonne présence sur scène.

Étudiant au Bac en science politique, je suis également un activiste qui milite pour l'indépendance du Québec (dans le parti Option nationale) et d'autre causes sous-jacentes à mes yeux (ex. la gratuité scolaire balisée).

Sinon, je suis présentement busboy dans un club.

- Teach in high school with potential drop out students (I can teach, sciences and maths)
- I have some skills at sewing
- I worked in a dollorama for almost 3years as assistant manager
- I am a fast learner
- I have organisational skills
- I am one of Hector's secretary with my sister and probably sometimes Richard

-i work in a factory as a wraper (embaleur)
-i am good at anything that requires physical work like renovation and stuff
-i know a lot of stuff in music (bands and instruments)
-Great knowing in alcohol (but not the best)

Great idea man!

I am working in a Telus call center, I do lots of training because there are many newbies.

I can make fairly good wargamming terrain.
I can make fairly good props
I have good skills with tools, I can weld and machine metal.
I do have an extensive tool set.
I have arms and legs.
I can make children
Etc.

- Cashier at Reno Depot (which means 10% off merch for me and my family and friends - could be helpful when it comes to crafting sessions and stuff)

- Some talents in drawing, writing, acting...

That's pretty much it.

J'ai fais un cour d'agent de protection et de conservation des territoires fauniques

je sais conduire pas mal n'importe quoi et avec mon cour, j'ai appris a utiliser tout plein d'outils;p

Je peu conseiller en matière d'entrainement et de nutrition..
J'connais un gars qui a une entrepôt avec plein de stocks en tout genre, voiture,meuble, caisse de bois pour bico...c'est la qu'on a trouvé les banc d'églises.

-Masonry-bricks-stones. My company and I have a specialty in chimney's and fireplace renovations. But I have built entire houses from stone, so there is no limitation.

-Went to school for Cabinet making, but wood working in general is accurate enough.

-Leather working for the last 5 years, I have made several suits of armor.

-i love all sports and forms of training, I regularly train, run, and lift weights. But I adore Frisby!

-Music, I love and play traditional songs from Ireland, Scottland, India, Iran, Africa, and modern stuff like too like hip hop, funk, gypsy, and jazz. all on percussion!

-Brewing for the past 5 years, My specialty is mead (hydromel) and beer.

-Distillation, if beer is too light for you then you should try making whiskey or voldka! And I could help you.

-some metal work but only in the form of simple shaping, modifying and tweaking hardware and scrap to form armour, i do not know how to forge...yet.

-Cooking and food preperation, My freinds say I cook with love, so I must be doing something right, my specialties are Indian, Iranien, Scottish-Irish-English, fusion, and more.

-Ration preparation, and foods of our European ancestors has intrigued me to study what food we had originally, (not from the fertile crescent, but from Europe propper), Enough so that I could help you try out all authentic recipe's and rations that our ancestors would have relied on. (smoking, drying, salting, pickeling, canning, and others.)

-This list is getting too long, at risk of becoming a jerk it will suffice to say I love Knowledge and I love to teach others, never be shy to talk to me please. You won't bother me, on the contrary, I find it both flattering and really fun!

University: Just finished my kindergarden and primary school studies. (I am a teacher, Yéééé!)

College: Theatre formation (Arts and letters).

- I participated in 2 International Students Theater Festivals, representing Canada: Germany and Mexico
