It might be different for the tents they sell, but I believe all companies who rent tents of this size also set them up. It's included in the price. Allows them to ensure their product doesn't get ripped up during the assembly process and greatly reduces customer frustration ( can you imagine Granny and Aunt Edna trying to set up a humongous pavilion in the backyard, in time for Sonny-Boy's wedding ? )
So you guessed it, we need a somewhat local company. Suppliers from outside the province are out of the question.

Their models all have plastic windows and nothing apart from plasticky-looking shiny white fabric, so that's a no-go.
